In October, 2010 Ralph will be ministering in the city of Khabarovsk, Russia as well as two other locations overseas. Khabarovsk is located in an area north of North Korea and just west of the Sea of Japan on the border with Communist China has quite a history of bloodshed and forced labor camps where many died for their faith within our lifetime. Ralph will be registered with the government and in the country on a "religious visa" which means every event and activity he will be involved in must be recorded and registered ahead of time and his movements and activities will be closely monitored by the authorities.
