The Principality Called Jezebel
The original Jezebel attacks the prophet of God, Elijah (1
Kings 18). She was determined not to have God’s prophets, and thus the voice of
the one true God, heard in the nation. The Spirit of Jezebel today – resident
in the Church as Revelation declares – is still attacking both the prophetic
and prophets.
This spirit is the total opposite to the Spirit of Elijah
and has been seen a number of times in the Bible. It was this spirit that came
against John the Baptist, who “came in the spirit of Elijah,” and had him
beheaded. And, this spirit came against the Church of Thyatira.
Malachi, a prophet, also declared that it would come again in the Last Days
(Malachi 4:5-6) to war against the true prophetic as God reinstates this
amazing and practical gift and calling to His Church.
This spirit attacks and brings two others with it; the
spirit of discouragement and the spirit of fear. Once a believer or a church is
under attack the prevailing feeling in their hearts will be self-doubt and much
spiritual and mental confusion resulting in slow church growth if not negative growth.
This spirit can be defeated by the believer. Ralph sets

God is restoring the ministry of the apostle and the prophet to His Church. As well, God wants His people to be both prophetic and apostolic (sent out).
